Size modification service

Policy and procedure for requesting a ring size adjustment :

1. Service Cost: A fee of 20 Saudi Riyals is charged for each ring size adjustment. This cost is fixed and includes the adjustment with no additional charges, noting that the adjustment will have no visible effect.

2. Processing Time: Ring resizing takes 5 to 10 business days, starting from the date of order receipt and confirmation, and confirmation of the size in US units. The customer will be notified as soon as the resizing process is complete.

3. Adjustment Conditions: The ring size will be adjusted according to the material and design's adaptability. Some delicate designs or materials may not be adjustable without affecting the ring's quality. In this case, the customer will be informed before the process begins.

•Maximum ring reduction: The ring cannot be reduced by more than two sizes from the original size in order to maintain the integrity and quality of the ring structure.

4. Cancellation and Refund: Once the alteration process has begun, the order cannot be canceled or the payment refunded, as the service may already have started. It is recommended to confirm the alteration decision and size before submitting the alteration request.

5. Repeated Alterations: If the ring size needs to be adjusted more than once after receiving it, a fee of 45 riyals will be applied for each additional adjustment.

6. Requesting the service: You can easily request to change the ring size by adding the service to the cart and attaching the new ring size (in US units) in the notes section . We will contact you to confirm the request and start the adjustment process.
