Which shipping company do we deal with?

Delivery is done through various companies depending on the fastest delivery to the customer.

How long does it take for electronic orders to be delivered to the specified address?

The expected delivery date can be found on the product page or during the checkout process on the shopping cart page in general.

Orders are delivered to all regions of the Kingdom within 3 to 5 working days from the time the shipment is received by the shipping company.

We assure you that we are working hard to prepare, ship and deliver all orders in the shortest possible time.

How long does it take for the order to be delivered to the shipping company?

It takes two business days for the order to be prepared and delivered to the shipping company, with a maximum of three business days, excluding official holidays and Eid.

What is the shipping and delivery cost?

The approved cost for shipping and delivery via Policy Company is 20 Saudi Riyals.

Can you ship to any city?

Yes, we ship to all cities and villages in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is the list of cities that appears when selecting the shipping address or on the product page to see the delivery date.

Can I change the address after order confirmation?

Yes, this is possible for orders that have not yet been delivered to the shipping company (order status has not reached “shipped”) by contacting customer service through the available means.

Note : If the order has been shipped and a change request is made later, the shipping cost will be paid again.

Why is the shipping company calling me?

The shipping company usually does not contact you unless the shipping address is unclear, in order to ensure that the order is delivered to you in a timely manner.
